- 負責日常營運採購需求,如採購訂單、交貨單、發票等的計劃、發出和跟進。
- 評估供應商的報價以確保其符合公司的規格。
- 根據訂單要求規劃和安排交貨和採購。
- 協助會計主管處理會計相關工作。
- 提供一般行政/文書支持,包括電話、郵寄、文件歸檔、掃描、資料輸入等。
- 根據需要完成相關結果,為團隊努力做出貢獻。
要求:
- 候選人必須至少擁有會計研究文憑或同等學歷,並熟悉 Microsoft Office。
- 鼓勵具有會計相關工作經驗的候選人申請。
- 個性開朗,具有良好的溝通能力。
- 能夠獨立和協作工作。
