- 支持薪資並協助福利管理。
- 為人力資源經理提供行政支持,包括起草信件、準備報告、組織文件和安排會議。
- 協助員工辦理入職和離職流程。
- 回應員工的詢問並根據需要提供支援。
**要求**
- 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
- 具備擔任人力資源助理或類似行政職位的豐富經驗。
- 1年以上工作經驗。
- 精通Microsoft Office套件和HRIS軟體。
- 國語將增加優勢
- 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 較強的組織能力和對細節的關注。
- 能夠維護機密並處理敏感資訊。
- 能立即上班者優先
