**Guest Interaction**:

- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing information.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote additional services and amenities.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Collect room charges and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- **Room Assignment and Coordination**:

- Assign rooms based on preferences and availability.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Follow security procedures and report any incidents promptly.
- Ensure the well-being of guests.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate guest records and distribute key cards.
- Promote and enroll guests in loyalty programs.
- **Collaboration and Upselling**:

- Collaborate with hotel staff for a seamless guest experience.
- Promote upselling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:
