**Qualifications**
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum experience in related field
- Must fluent in speaking both English & Mandarin
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in F&B or customer service, preferably in well-known hotels or large restaurants

**Salary**
- **Salary SGD 2500**:

- **You will be working at a well know 5 starts hotel at Singapore**

**Job descriptions**
- Warmly greeting guests as they enter the restaurant and managing the waiting list.
- Escorting guests to their tables and providing menus.
- Keeping track of table availability and coordinating seating arrangements.
- Communicating with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover effectively.
- Providing accurate wait time estimates and managing guest expectations.
- Assisting with reservations and managing the reservation book.
- Answering phone calls and providing information about the restaurant.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess stand.
- Assisting with special events or promotions as needed.

Pay: RM8,700.00 per month

**Experience**:

- F&B / Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
