**職位概述**

迎接客人並確定他們的人數。找到一張乾淨的空桌，拉出椅子，請客人就坐；在客人面前放上一份整潔的當前菜單等等。引導客人通過餐廳並提供所需的任何幫助。移動並佈置桌椅和擺飾，為有特殊需求的團體安排座位。確保餐位設置合適，每位客人都有餐巾紙、乾淨的銀器，以及屬於標準餐位設置的任何其他物品。檢查菜單並確保其現時最新、清潔、豐富，且無折皺。全天保持工作區域的清潔，練習「隨手清潔」程序。對餐廳進行管理，確保有空座位，並保證客人的服務、安全和健康。

遵守所有公司和安全政策及程序；向經理報告維修需求、事故、傷害和不安全的工作條件；完成安全培訓和認證。確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業；維護專有資訊的機密性；並保護公司資產。根據公司的標準，歡迎和答謝所有客人。使用清晰、專業的語言與他人交談，並以適當的禮儀接聽電話。與他人建立和保持積極的工作關係；支援團隊達成共同目標；傾聽並適當回應其他員工的問題。確保遵守品質預期和標準。在較長一段時間內保持站立、就坐或行走。在沒有他人協助的情況下，移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 10 磅的物體。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
