**About this Role**:
We are hiring a Technical Artist who is ready to join a rapidly growing and innovative organization. As a bridge between art and technology, you will collaborate with artists and engineers to implement cutting-edge visual elements and optimize workflows. If you have a passion for pushing the boundaries of both art and technology, we invite you to contribute to our dynamic and innovative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Artistic Integration**:Collaborate with artists and engineers to seamlessly integrate artistic assets into the game engine, ensuring visual fidelity and performance optimization.
- **Pipeline Development**: Contribute to the development and optimization of art production pipelines, enhancing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Shader Development**: Create and implement shaders to achieve desired visual effects, collaborating with the art and programming teams to ensure optimal performance.
- **Performance Optimization**: Identify and address performance bottlenecks related to graphics and art assets, optimizing for various platforms and hardware specifications.
- **Tool Development**: Design and develop tools that enhance the artist's workflow, automating repetitive tasks and facilitating the creative process.
- **Collaboration**: Act as a liaison between artists and programmers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring the successful execution of artistic vision.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in graphics programming to contribute to the technical and artistic evolution of our projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Art, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Artist, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in art tools, graphics programming, and integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar languages relevant to game development.
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics principles, shaders, and rendering techniques.
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to art pipelines and graphics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development.
- Knowledge of physics simulation and procedural generation techniques.
- Experience with motion capture and character rigging.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
