**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including hiring and training new employees.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the store manager to plan and implement store initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar managerial role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
