**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Supervisor in daily store operations and management.
- Supervise and guide store staff in the absence of the Store Supervisor.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Help monitor inventory levels, order new stock, and manage product displays.
- Support the Store Supervisor in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of new employees.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance records.
- Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to implement and enforce store policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
