JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Responsibilities**:
- To make outgoing calls pertaining to new sign ups in order to validate customers' details and ensure that all legal requirements with regards to the subscription terms are complied with
- Perform various surveys as requested by management when doing outbound call
- Attending to enquiries and disputes by internal and external customers via Activation Helpdesk
- Perform day to day operations of the Activation Department assisting the Superiors
- Preparing various reports for Management analysis
- To update, compile and monitor validation related data analysis in recording Database
**Requirements**:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- Good organization, telephone and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Call Centre related environment
- Fluent in oral & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to converse in other languages will be an advantage
- PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
- Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
