We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves maintaining the company's computer systems, resolving IT-related issues, and playing a key role in the advancement of our IT practices and procedures across our locations in Johor, Seremban, and Penang.
- Provide hands-on technical support across all company locations, addressing network, software, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and server systems, ensuring continuous system availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot problems with network infrastructure, computer systems, and peripheral equipment issues.
- Perform system updates and upgrades, ensuring optimal performance.
- Implement network security measures, manage system access, and maintain data integrity.
- Deliver training and support to end-users, promoting optimal use and understanding of various IT resources.
- Respond promptly to IT emergencies and system outages, adhering to organizational standards.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
