**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate information and assistance to customers.
4. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for future reference.
6. Quality Assurance: Adhere to established call center quality and performance standards. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a supportive and cohesive work environment.
8. Schedule Flexibility: Be open to working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the call center operates 24/7.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
