Accounts Assistant

**Purpose / Objectives**
**Principal accountabilities / responsibilities**
- Handling full set of accounts
- Ensuring payments, amount and records are correct
- Daily cash flow transaction and petty cash control
- To prepare monthly management reports
- To review staffs monthly claims, payroll summary for payment
- Prepare SST reporting, payment and submission
- To prepare company’s annual budget
- Ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirement
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent
- Controlling credit and chasing debts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist manager on ad-hoc finance projects, undertake any assignment given by the management from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- LCCI / CAT / Diploma in Finance or Accountancy or its equivalent
**Experience**:
- at least 2 years’ of experience working in Accounts and Finance,
- Experience in handling account work in manufacturing company,
- Knowledge in QuickBooks Accounting Software
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
