Shipping Clerk

**Key role and responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers to coordinate the transportation of goods.
- Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and other paperwork related to logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and proof of delivery.
- Monitor transportation costs and assist with identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping, including lost or damaged shipments and delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to shipping and transportation.
- Provide customer service support related to shipping, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work with other departments, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Responsible for all import and export documentation and the preparation of full set of shipping documents for bank negotiation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificate of origins etc.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- shipping operations: 1 year (preferred)

- Bahasa Melayu, English / Mandarin (preferred)
