Maintenance Clerk

POSITION : Maintenance Clerk
Qualification : Diploma or equivalence.
Responsibilities as follows but not limited to:
1) Performs clerical and bookkeeping duties for the Maintenance Department.
2) Responsible for all timekeeping and supplemental payroll for department of Maintenance
3) Provides information by answering questions and requests from general public, administrators and other personnel.
4) Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
5) Compiles data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered, using calculator and computer.
6) Compares invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered.
7) Performs all other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
