**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To help senior to furnish job and handle incoming call.
- To issue invoice, handling company's account and check stock.
- To introduce and educate prospective walk-in customers on the benefits of the company products.
- To handle any customer concerns and inquiries, then escalate to the P.I.C.
- To advise and make appointment with customers for sales team.
- To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- To represent company in a positive and professional manner.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- **F.e.m.a.l.e will be priority consideration.**:

- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field (ADMIN CLERK) is required for this position.
- Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Customer oriented and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills to interact with all levels of people.
- Experience/ good knowledge in SMARTHOME & SECURITY / AUTOMATION Sector would be added advantage.
- Aggressive, result oriented, energetic, positive minded, highly motivated with strong desire to excel, responsible and a good team player.
- Permanent position based in Johor Bahru (Mount Austin).

**Benefits**:

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
