*Responsibilities:*
- Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support social media tasks, particularly on TikTok, including basic content posting and monitoring.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as an Admin Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with TikTok, including basic content creation and platform navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
