Responsibilities:

- Data entry transactions accurately and timely.
- Keeping track on daily transactions in Excel
- Checking claims, scanning and filing of documents
- Liaising with Company Secretarial department
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:

- SPM / High school diploma or equivalent;
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Mandarin is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
