**Daily Responsibilities Includes**:

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights into budget deviations and cost-saving opportunities.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and collaborate with external tax advisors when necessary.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Month-End and Year-End Closing: Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Collaborate on special projects as required, providing financial insights and recommendations.

**; Requirements: - Skills and qualification**:

- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience in same capacity (experience as auditors will be preferred).
- Computer literate and high proficiency of Microsoft Excel required.
- Able to work independently, able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines.
- Have a strong leadership quality, good personality and a team player.
- Able to supervise and coach subordinates when necessary.
