**Job Summary**

If you are a **ORDER MANAGEMENT **professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you Based in our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan location; you will manage Order Engineering Engineers group locally & remotely and provide timely response to order status enquiries for both internal & external customers. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Develop necessary work procedures & process flow and provide or co-ordinate training for Order Engineers.
- Prepare weekly, monthly report & other requested reports for management timely.
- Support Department targets to reduce Order Engineering Lead Time, Backlog and Errors.
- Support Department policies to make it an efficient and conducive place to work in.
- Hire, train, and mentor engineers and supporting staff.
- Confer with higher level management.
- Motivate teamwork Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. You build immediate rapport, even when facing difficult or tense situations. You actively listen and check for understanding. You continually scan the environment for technology breakthroughs.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage
- Knowledge about Control valves is preferred Knowledge of manufacturing process and product cycle.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Degree in Mechanical /Instrumentation engineering or equivalent
- Experience in a lead role will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills
