Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion and training coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Assist in identifying performance issues and developing improvement plans in collaboration with managers and employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing employee changes by ensuring compliance with employment acts and regulations.
- Assist in developing, updating, implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts.
- To handle all HR-related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
- To process the group's payroll system and responsibility for all other payroll related requirements.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handle government grants and subsidies as well as the HRDF fund.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant HR experience.
- High influential skills and a team player.
- Possess strong knowledge of Employment Act and Malaysia laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative, exercise discretion and independent judgement.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
