Human Resource Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible in overall HR functions related to Recruitment. The incumbent should have end-to-end process knowledge and work experience in recruitment. In addition, the incumbent is also required to adhere strictly to the manpower plan by the company.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1) Recruitment & Selection
- Handling full cycle of recruitment and selection process for Hospital including locum and internship hiring.
- Responsible for the recruitment process, including but not limited to analyzing the requirements of a job position, recruiting talent for the position, and screening resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting colleges, media, career websites, social media, contacting recruiters, and another recruitment channels to attract the best talent to the company.
- Proactive pool management for potential talent profiles.
- Facilitate pre-employment medical check-up.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and monthly report to HCM.
2) Manpower Headcount Management
- Manage headcount requisition and approval. Ensure all requisition of manpower is budgeted.
- Assist HCM to update and monitor manpower headcount changes.
3) Employee Onboarding
- Plan, coordinate, and arrange Hospital General Orientation for new joiners, existing employees, and outsourced employees.
- Send New joiner announcement.
4) Job Description Management
- Update and ensure Job Description for employees is current and available. Ensure JD is signed by the new joiner.
- Coordinate the submission of the Job Description from the Head of the Department.
- To coordinate the Job Description review exercise for HOD in changes in role, or amendment to job content and/or new JD from hiring manager for a new position.
5) Expatriate management on renewing expatriate’s visa and working permit including arrangement for advertisement as required by immigration.
6) Assist HCM to create policies and procedure pertaining to job function.
7) Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the HCM or management from time to time.
8) Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Capital functions and duties.
