1. Maintaining filing, database systems, and inventories.
3. Handling administrative requests and queries
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports as requested
6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures (Admin)
7. Prepare and process bills and other office documents
8. Collect information and perform data entry
9. Responsible for daily operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflow
10. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
11. Maintain a systematic and comprehensive filing system and safekeeping of confidential documents
Rather than performing a single specialized task, Office Administrator (Assistant) have responsibilities that often change daily with the current needs of the Management.
