HR and Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**
- To be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administrative related activities
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filing of Form E.
- Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- To monitor employees, leave and attendance, probationary employee and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
- Prepare letter in relation on staff movement (employment, confirmation, resignation acceptance and etc)
- Assist in the training and development programs. Ensure the grant submission, training nomination forms submission before training, and training evaluation forms submission after post-training.
- Responsible for the office administration including monitoring general building repairs & maintenance, stationery management, office system, equipment, and etc.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards.
- Assist in other (ad-hoc) duties & reporting as may be required from superior from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree of Human Resource Management or any equivalent
- Experience/knowledge in using SQL system would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- High attention to detail, be very organized, independent, and proactive
- Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations would be an added advantage.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
