We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support and assist in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities as follow but not limits to:
- .
- Managing phone calls and inquiries
- Assisting with office supplies replenishment & toiletry maintenance;
- Handling cheque deposit and banking matters;
- Reviewing utility bills and facilitating payment process;
- Coordinating stationery orders
- Liaising with clients, ensuing timely follow-up on outstanding matters/invoices
- Supporting the firm in general procurement, facility management, and fixed assets oversight
- Carry out any other engagements as and when assigned.
Qualification/Experience:
- Possess of relevant certification or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred able to travel between branch & HQ (Bukit Tinggi & Bukit Raja)
- Responsible, good in planning, coordination and deadline management.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
