Business Admin Executive

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Manage & maintain office car park, & any other electrical work.
- Maintaining office cleanliness, hygiene and Covid-19 SOP.
- Set up & manage company fix line and employees business line.
- Replenish the office’s pantry refreshment & supply.
- Record monthly company expenses (utilities, internet & water) for HQ Office.
- Organising any company festive & event.
- Managing company courier services
- Managing company flight arrangement and accommodations
- Prepare and manage new and resigned employees' company asset.
- Generating monthly reports for PF Group Admin expenses.
- Liaising with business card vendors and distribution of business cards.
- Manage Company Licensing Subscription (Magazine).
- To perform/assist in any matters/task required and assigned by your superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
