Assist and support in day to day HR Admin / Finance operation, activities and projects.
- Maintain all filing/records and office management in good order.
- Assist and participate in employee engagement activities.
- Updating internal databases and information like contact details and bank statement.
- To support the smooth operation of the related department.
- Manage the work given by supervisor and help in other ad hoc matters.
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma and Degree holder in Business Administration/ HR Management & Accounting/Finance.
- Hard working and good communication skill.
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge with Ms Word & Ms Excel.
- Preferred with driving license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
