Handle of all project documentation and set up & maintain a good filing system for all relevant HR Admin document.
- Renewal licenses.
- Help with government submission.
- Data entry.
- Assist store with stock in and out of goods in system.
- Issue PO, Invoice when staff on leave.
- Generate stock issue and stock receive in system and excel.
- In-charge of building and vehicle insurance, inspection, tax renewal, maintence services.
- In-charge of all licenses eg. Cukai tanah, harta renewal, registration with government bodies
- In-charge of admin related issues: liase with IT contractor during downtime, stationaries. Execute training and development for existing employees.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
