*Assist on office documentation and record keeping.

*Maintain a good record keeping (equipment, production, guest record, etc.).

*Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

*Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Manager.

*Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

*Collect, compile and submit reports to Manager before dateline.

*Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
