**JOB DESCRIPTION OF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER**
- Responsible for Company payrolls, including the proposal of remuneration structure and planning, and for implementing such structure/ policies after Management approval. In charge of employees’ EPF, SOCSO and PCB issues of the company.
- Responsible for an overall quality system in HR Department. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ personal accident policies. Conduct orientation program and briefing to a new employee.
- Attending/ understanding employees’ grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Liaising with local authorities/ government departments such as Local Council MBSP, Labour Office, Immigration, Perkeso, EPF, LHDN, JPJ, TNB, TM & etc.
- Preparation & submission of periodical human resource & administrative reports or forms on time as required by legislation.
- Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval. Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensures they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
- To provide support/ or assistance to other department employees for ensuring success in the implementation of the company policies, regulations and etc., including project/ or product sales-related support. (on admin/HR-related matters)
- To execute any other tasks, duties or responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management from time to time not mentioned here otherwise.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies or Administration with minimum 2 years of working experience
- To have good knowledge of Employment Law
- To be able to easily communicate with other employees and the management team
- To have a strong sense of ethics to ensure that the company follows laws and regulations
- To have excellent negotiation skills in order to act between employees and management

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
