To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of files and documents.
- To update and prepare payroll documents such as staff daily attendance, leaves and overtime records.
- Responsible in payroll matters and handle monthly submission EPF, SOCSO EIS and PCB.
- Handle yearly submission of Form E (Borang E).
- To prepare DO and invoice to customer.
- To monitor Finished Goods Store activities.
- To arrange delivery of sample to customer, postage and courier services.
- To control inventory level of staff uniforms.
- To handle office general administrative and upkeep premise utilities/facilities such as electricity, water supply, security & safety, housekeeping and cleanliness etc.
- To assist in HR and employee’s welfare related issues.
- To handle purchasing of indirect materials and oversee related processes.
- To supervise and responsible for subordinate duties
- To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
