2. LIAISE WITH HUMAN RESOURCE RELATED REGULATORY AUTHORITIES
3. COORDINATE THE ACTIVITY ON UPDATE OF COMPANY SAFETY & HEALTH POLICIES AND WORKER DISCIPLINES RULE
4. LEAD TO CONDUCT DOMESTIC INQUIRY PROCESS IN PROPER MANNER
5. TO MONITOR THE UPDATING EMPLOYEE’S PERSONAL RECORD
6. TO REVIEW EMPLOYEE’S MONTHLY OVERTIME AND ALLOWANCE
7. TO MONITOR CLAIMS PROGRESS OF EMPLOYEE’S INSURANCE MATTER
8. HANDLING OF FOREIGN WORKER RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
9. TO CONDUCT RISK MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES ALIGN WITH IMPROVEMENT PLAN THROUGHOUT THE DEPARTMENT
10. TO PREPARE AND KEEP RECORD OF HRDF CLAIM DOCUMENT
11. ENSURE ISO QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COMPLAINT
12. ENSURE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING AND SAFETY AT WORKPLACE
**Requirement**:
1. AT LEAST A DIPLOMA, ADVANCED/HIGHER/GRADUATE DIPLOMA, BUSINESS STUDY/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT
2. HAVE SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF THE LABOR LAW, INDUSTRIAL RELATION ACT AND FAMILIAR WITH PROCEDURE OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES
3. PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE
