Order Fulfillment Program Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- This is a Program/project manager role, reports to Strategic Planning under Order Fulfillment. Key roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as a program manager to initiate and sustain improvement projects with order fulfillment and key stakeholders across functions at global level.
- Drive non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and clear progress measurement which bring distinct, specific projects to completion, on time and within budget.
- Develop clear roles and responsibilities, accountability for each team member in the project, collaboratively deliver business goals per schedules.
- Lead global materials allocation meeting with manufacturing and spares planning. Decision made with documented global guidelines. Ensure closure of actions from planning, supply chain and logistics after the meeting.
- Work with factory planners to ensure MRP signal and master scheduling milestone dates are accurately reflected on critical scares materials.
- Govern key process effectiveness with clear accountability, RCCA and closure to enable visibility and predictability associated to scares materials allocation process.
- Be the escalation focal to manage exception on constraint materials with supply chain team.
- Drive business process improvement to support Global Operations KPIs, includes OTD, back-orders improvement, forecast stability, revenue maximization, cost, etc.
- Lead or support chronic suppliers’ backorders recovery as required.
- Support process standardization and process documentation with global order fulfillment and key stakeholders.
- Focal window for quarter end revenue maximization by providing analytical support, traffic controlling orders shipping priorities with order fulfillment, supply chain and logistics teams.
**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Develop tools, metric measurement and assessment methods for performance management and predictive modeling
- Drive improved data integrity via automation and improved defect determination leading to real time resolution and speeding systemic action
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
- 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in MNC manufacturing industry
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Business suite.
- Project/program management skills and abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and business processes (aptitude/proficiency)
- Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in project and process improvement
- Strong matrix management abilities
- Team player with good relationship building abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, strong mentoring, & influencing change
- Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, materials management, manufacturing processes, business fundamentals/finance
