Description

**Primary Objective**:

- Project Manager for all RACE initiatives under Group Community Banking, ensuring the initiatives are complete on time, within budget and meeting the expected scope
- Manage and implement the initiatives successfully as per project stakeholders’ expectations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop the Project Plan
- Organize meetings
- Assist the RACE project leads to ensure alignment of project objectives
- Responsible to ensure the proposed initiatives as per approved plan
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of action plans’ progress to achieve targets set.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring of project budget
- Responsible to engage key stakeholder including Senior Management and other stakeholder effectively
- Manage project stakeholders - Project Steering Committees, Project Working Groups, etc.
- Able to co-develop solutions or improvements with process owners
- Able to present the proposed initiatives in an articulated and logical manner
- Ensure timely delivery of key project milestones and planned deliverables.
- Resolve project issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper facilities and resources are available as per project requirements.
- Manage vendors (where applicable) to ensure smooth implementation of project activities
- Ensure timely and accuracy in the reporting of project statuses to relevant parties.
- Ensure project governance, processes and templates are followed and complied with.
- Manage interdependencies between projects.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree - financial management/ accounting, IT, and business related areas Post graduate qualification is a plus for this role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not mandatoryAML/CFT accreditation is preferred but not mandatory
**At least 5-7 years in any of the following**:

- FIs/banking operations and processes (AML/CFT)
- FIs/ Banking related digital tools/automated solutions
- Proficient project management experience (minimum 3-5 years) with technical and banking specific business knowledge.
- Understanding of key bank processes
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Ability to communicate with various levels across the organization (i.e., senior leadership, etc.,)
- Ability to collaborate with RACE project team and team leads
