**Job Description**:
**Functional Responsibility & Duties**
- ** To support the Head Risk Management and Sr Mgr, Compliance in carrying out their roles and responsibilities**
- ** To assist in establishing an effective group compliance framework whilst ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements towards effective Compliance Risk Management at Capital A**
- ** To review and interpret existing and new policies and/or guidelines released by regulators**
- ** To work with Business Functions/Units to ascertain, identify, review and provide guidance on approved internal/external policies and procedures**
- ** To work with stakeholders to identify/detect internal criteria/risk triggers for non-compliance risks**
- ** To provide guidance to Group on compliance-related matters, including list of entities in other countries**
- ** To ensure appropriate action is taken to address inadequacies or findings raised by Capital A Board Committees, Group Audit, Group Risk Management and local regulatory/bodies in the areas of Compliance**
- ** To develop and prepare Compliance updates to the Board and Management Committees**
- ** To assist in the development of a Compliance Portal and Reporting Dashboard**
- ** Perform any other operation support functions as assigned by Management from time to time**
