Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Responsivities:

- Work closely with Regulators and update new Prakas to Head of compliance and departments
- Work with Head of Compliance to identifying, assessing, controlling, measuring, monitoring/testing and reporting compliance risks;
- Conduct Business/Service/Support Unit in assessing compliance risk and complying with regulations and internal policies and procedures;
- Manage Bi-weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Regulatory Compliance Reporting for Management Committees and Board Risk Management Committee
- Coordinate the bank-wide compliance initiatives and awareness;
- Assist Head of Compliance to work in a consultative manner with business, operational or functional stakeholders to advise on implications of relevant laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines and to assist in implementation of relevant laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines into policies and procedures;
- Detect and escalate areas of non-compliance for early alert, assisting Compliance Manager and Business/Service/Support Unit to ensure timely corrective action plans and when required;
- Assist Head of compliance in dealing directly with stakeholders
- Promote the compliance awareness to all HLBCAM staff
- Work with assigned task by Head of Compliance.

Requirement:
Education/Qualification
- University degree and/or professional qualification in Law, Banking & Finance, Accounting or related field.

Experience
- At least 3 year-experience in regulatory compliance or related roles, preferably in banking industry.

Special Skills
- Skillful in regulatory compliance, local laws on bank operations, AML/CFT;
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Leadership and numerical skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
