**Assistant Manager, Compliance** **Role Purposes** - Will be responsible for compliance related matters of the company. - Develop, initiate, maintain, & revises policies and standard operating procedures to ensure company adheres to the Regulatory Rules and Guidelines. - Develop compliance matrix and self-testing matrix to ensure Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and other regulatory requirements are implemented. - Liaise with key contact points at BNM for obtaining approvals and advice on Product Approvals and Transactions. - Operationalize KYC and AML monitoring program as per compliance requirements. - Investigate suspicious activity and file Suspicious Transaction Reports when required. - Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. - Provide regular and continuing compliance awareness training to the business and support units. - Submission of report to BNM on timely manner. - Review and approve Suspicious transactions reports to BNM. **Requirement** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Law/Business Law/Finance - 4-5 years of Compliance experience in a financial institution preferably in e-wallet - Well-versed in BNM policies and guidelines to independently manage compliance program - Relevant Compliance Related Certifications will be an added advantage **Key Skills** - Detailed Analysis and Reporting of Transactions - Well-versed in BNM Policies and Compliance Requirements - Good understanding of Corporate governance structure and requirements Location: Kuala Lumpur Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Gym membership - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Professional development Schedule: - Fixed shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Complaint handling: 4 years (required)
