Position : Inbound Call Customer Service Sales (美容客服)
Location : KL Sentral (Nearby LRT/MRT/Monorail)
Salary Package : Basic Salary + Commission

**Job Scope**:

- Provide effective solution for customer issue.
- Follow up and respond back to user on timely manner.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and services, and processes payments for orders, or exchanges.
- Able to manage multiple beauty brands.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English & Mandarin
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral
- Preferably with at 1-2 years of working experience in related field
- 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
