Lead Identification: Utilize LinkedIn, industry forums, and other social media platforms to research and identify potential leads who meet the criteria for IBs and Country Managers.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for engaging with potential leads, including personalized outreach, content sharing, and participation in relevant discussions and groups.
- Qualification of Leads: Pre-qualify potential leads by assessing their experience, market knowledge, and suitability for the role of IB or Country Manager before handing them over to the Recruitment Specialists.
- Networking: Actively participate in online forums, webinars, and virtual conferences to build relationships with professionals in the industry and identify potential leads.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities on social media to adapt strategies for lead generation accordingly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of the lead generation strategies with the overall goals of the Department of Global Partnerships.
- Adherence to Regulations: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all recruitment activities align with legal requirements

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the financial services or Forex industry.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with a track record of effectively identifying and engaging leads.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of the Forex market and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as well as additional languages, will be considered a significant advantage

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
