Supervise functions related to accounts receivables.
- Verify and record sales and receipts journals prepared by an accounts assistant.
- Verify and record invoices and payment vouchers.
- Verify and record daily inventory entries.
- Check and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly recurring journals.
- Verify and approve bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit withholding tax (WHT) return and payment.
- Assist during stock takes and sales day end audit.
- Plan and assist in the float check at stores report any discrepancies and follow up with relevant documents.
- Prepare monthly reports of inventory purchases.
- Prepare monthly sales and gross profit (GP) report.
- Prepare monthly audit schedules.
- Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties by senior executives or the accounts manager.

**; Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Solid knowledge of accounting entries and finance procedures and regulations.
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal and communication skills in English.
- Only Malaysian need to apply
