To lead, monitor, and motivate the sales force to ensure prompt and efficient sales visits and market coverage.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of sales personnel in sales and collection achievements/targets, control of sales staff discipline issues.
- Formulate, plan and implement sales strategies and tactics to identify and secure new business opportunities and increase company's market share.
- Develop a high performance of sales team by recruiting, training, directing and motivating the sales personnel, removing consistent underachievers.
- Prepare various sales reports for management update.
- Effective communication and close liaison with inter-departments to ensure successful implementation of sales & marketing activities and services.
- Compile competitors’ information to analyze on pricing, promotional activities, product launches, sales performance, etc.
- Alert of market development and be on track with latest market trends.
- Exercise full support in promoting a culture of teamwork, respect for peers.
- Undertake any other duties assigned as and when by the Management.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM9,462.92 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ayer Itam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
