Luxury Store Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
**Stocks**
- Responsible for all movements in and out of the store warehouse, including deliveries, transfers, returns, destocking, display changes etc.
- Perform the cancellation and reintegration into available stock of expired RDI and CDI. - Follow-up and correct negative stocks daily, with the help of the sales & service support and sales teams
- Assist to manage defective / shopsoiled products
- Assist in the planning of stock takes and cycle counts
- Contribute to scanning and investigation of discrepancies
- Assisting the stock supervisor on the implementing corrective actions to improve future stock takes results (methods, tool, training ) and reduce shrinkage
- Keep track of the inventory situation and actively reports the products status, especially for out-of-stock or high inventory stock
**Continuous process improvement and performance follow-up**
- Proactively assisting the Stock Supervisor to propose, adjust and improve storage practices, equipment and distribution
- To assist with replenishment processes, in coordination with Stock Supervisor, Floor Managers and/or Store Manager.
- Help store management to monitor overall stock and prepare purchase (for instance, by keeping track of possible shortages on highly requested products and overstocks)
**Store Administrative Support**
- Support the Sales and Service Support team for the shared KPIs; RDI, CC, Product transfer and Transfers request
- Responsible for general inventory control and cycle counts. Co-ordinates overall warehouse management, cegid movements, scanning and investigations for stock discrepancies
- Supports price tag changes and ensure accuracy
- Prepares stock report for management review
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of warehouse or stock administration experience in the related industry
- Independent, attentive to details and highly organized
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Good command of English
- PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word and typing skills
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
