To update and follow up payment
- To monitor installment payment plan and rental with Building Manager
- To maintain all account and issue official receipt on time
- To carry out bank reconciliation and prepare report
- To monitor and manage cash security deposit
- To assist building manager on accounts related matters
- To provide daily collection report to the committee be end of each working day
- To monitor the usage petty cash and verify the expences
- To oversee the accounting functions including audit and tax matters, and ensure accounting and statutory records are maintained accurately and update timely
- To work with JMB external accountant on all accounting matters
- To prepare correction form for all and any correction to be done in CSS system for the treasurer and chairman approval. All correction form to be submitted to the external accountant to be edited in the system
- Ensure creation and good maintenance of all database including payments, contacts, work permit, ect
- To liaise with banks and any account related matters
- Experience om Strata and CSS

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Saujana Putra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
