**Job Summary**

The Manager, Regulatory Compliance Management (“RCM”) will manage the day-to-day maintenance of the Regulatory Content Library, acting as the coordinator among regional stakeholders and administrator for the Regulatory Content Process. The Manager, RCM, will report into the Director, Regulatory Content & Change.

In addition, this role is responsible for supporting activities related to the day-to-day operation, and continuous improvement, of the broader Regulatory Compliance Management program
- Ensuring the regulatory library/database that the Regulatory Content & Change team oversees for RBC is maintained
- Administering the Regulatory Content update process from end-to-end, including reviewing the Content Validation procedures on periodic basis before and after loading into RegComp, engaging in dialogue with segment and function team regulatory content leads to determine appropriate theming of new content
- Collaborating with external vendor(s) and the RCM Technology team to ensure processing and integrity of regulatory content data is upheld
- Supporting the development and implementation of ways to continuously improve the usability of/business case for the regulatory library/database, including using data analytics and data visualization in creative ways to drive value-added insights
- Escalating gaps in Regulatory Content Library relating to theming and ownership to management
- Ensuring that RBC's RCM operations and procedures meet government and industry compliance standards by maintaining ongoing oversight, including Quality Control, Effective Challenge, and Audit Preparedness.
- Build, develop, motivate and retain a high performing team by providing exceptional leadership, coaching and encouraging diversity of thought
- Model and coach the team on Regulatory Compliance Management including Regulatory Content & Change, Regulatory Technology, and workflow management
- Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the Regulatory Content & Change team
- Assist the wider RCM team as required on other components or initiatives of the RCM Program
- Other duties as assigned
