Contract Admin Assistant

**_Job Description: _**
- Daily trade processing.
- Preparation of sales/ purchase contract and distribute to contractual parties.
- Manage trade confirmation from counter parties and trade broker.
- Able to coordinate internally and externally on contract administration.
- Generate daily trade report from in-house system.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required.
**_Job Requirements: _**
- Minimum 1-year experience in contract administration.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills with fluency in Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good communication skills, team player and meticulous qualities.
**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
