Position: HR/Admin Manager / Asst Manager

Industry: Manufacturing, Trading and Distribution in the Automotive Industry

Salary Range: RM7000 ~ RM7500 (ASST MGR), RM7600 ~ RM8500 (MGR)

Working Hour: 8am to 5pm

Working days: Mon ~ Fri
- Developing and updating company policies and procedures in line with company expansion.
- Yearly review Salary and Benefits package to ensure follow the market level.
- Plan and review overall Manpower.
- Review performance appraisal standards for each job position, including job scope and KPIs.
- Maintaining HR records verify attendance, overtime, increments, deductions and update into payroll system.
- Prepare monthly payroll and staffs’ allowance summary for all companies to ensure timely process and accurately.
- Ensure timely calculation and submission of monthly statutory payments such as KWSP, SOCSO, PCB.
- Administer and monitor contract staff renewals, employee employment letters, confirmation, promotion, resignation, transfer, leave management.
- Handling staff/workers disciplinary matter such as Show cause letter/Warning Letter, including process D.I when necessary.
- Plan for Annual Training Plan base on HOD's TNA form.
- Liaise with agents for Foreign Workers issues, such as renewal, hostel arrangement, medical & hospitalization and etc.
- Process documentation and prepare letters and reports relating to staffing, recruitment, grievances, memorandum, performance evaluation and HR administration.
- Maintain staff personal file and ensure information are updated in the system timely and accurately.
- Provide information and assistance to all staffs on human resource issues and rules & regulations.
- Responsible for filing, maintenance and security if all HR records and reports.
- General Admin work, office administration, company vehicles and any other Administration job
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing HR/Admin field.
- Mature thinking, independent, self-motivated, aggressive, multi-tasking and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin**.**:

- Good in Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint and ability to use iFlexi Payroll system.
- Well knowledge and understanding of Employment Act.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
