Junior Fashion Designer

Responsibilities: Assisting in development of new product lines, align with our brand's aesthetic and quality - Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings - Sketching and creating detailed technical drawings or preparing pattern making designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. - Assist in selecting and sourcing fabrics, trims, and other materials for the development of athleisure wear products. - Work closely with the production team to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. - Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment fit, construction, and overall design details. - Maintain an organized and up-to-date archive of design samples, sketches, and related documentation. Requirements: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AI, PS or similar programs. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Technical drawing skills, with a keen eye for detail, aesthetic, and proportion. - Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Basic knowledge of garment construction techniques, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
