Responsible to prepare invoicing to all customers and assisting the team on overall administration works sales and marketing department as well as clerical matters in the department.

**Based at Bukit Batu, Sedenak**
- Responsible for maintaining proper filing system for all documentations.
- Assisting in faxing, Photostatting and binding of documents.
- Assist Manager, Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth running process of sales and it is done in line with the standard procedures.
- Assisting the weighbridge & transport delivery operation if required.
- Responsible to prepare invoicing to all customers.
- Conduct regular contact with staff for harmonious working environment and promote team spirit.
- To prepare and type all correspondences as instructed by Manager, Marketing
- To handle all official duties as instructed.
- To initiate and maintain efficient documentation and filing for invoicing.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by General Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
