**Duties**: - Manage and perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. - Supervise and coordinate work performed by contractors. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. - Read and interpret electrical schematics. - Assist in the installation and repair of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs). - Support project management initiatives related to facility maintenance. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively. - Strong mechanical knowledge to handle various maintenance tasks. - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. - Experience supervising contractors or maintenance staff is a plus. - Knowledge of project management principles. - Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
