Assistant General Manager

**Main Role **:Managing Account Finance & IT team with subordinates and participate to the top management meeting as representative of finance team.
**Finance**
- To maintain the financial health of the organization.
- To ensure the smooth finance operation of the company in supporting the business including tracking financial performance, invoicing, payment, payroll, etc.
- To assist director to achieve company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
- To support current company wide activities and future business growth.
- To assist director to develop a strong finance team.
- To monitor that the regulatory requirements are met.
**IT**
- To assist director to oversee all information technology operations and evaluating them according to established
goals
- To assist director to devise and establish sound IT policies and systems to support the implementation of company strategies.
- To assist director to analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their information technology needs.
- To ensure department purchase efficient and cost effective information technology equipment and software.
- To ensure the information technology equipment and software are evaluated to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- To ensure the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to top management.
- To coordinate the IT departmental jobs and functions and provide guidance and direction as required.
**Others**
- To have comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of all relevant legislation and principles of SHE management
- To regularly review the resources allocated to achieve the objectives of SHE Policy and programs.
- To ensure the safety, health and welfare at work of ll employees.
- To assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
- To perform any duty or task assigned by Finance Director.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education Background : Must be Degree or above
- Experience : Possess 10 years of work experience as finance or accounting at manufacturing company
- Require Skill : Full-set account, knowledge of Taxation for SST/GST/Corporate and Expatriate
- Management experience
- Language : English, Malay and Mandarin
- Processional accountant certification holder (ACCA, MIA etc)
- Work experience at Japanese company or understands Japanese working culture
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
