As an IT Assistant Trainer, you will work closely with the training team to assist in the development and delivery of IT-related training programs. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help others succeed in the IT field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead IT Trainer in preparing and delivering training sessions on various IT topics.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with the IT Trainer to develop and update training materials, presentations, and other resources.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment by encouraging participant engagement and addressing questions or concerns.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the quality of the training program.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to training, including participant registrations, attendance tracking, and logístical coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Communication, Business, etc.) or equivalent
- Min 1 year of work experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Willingness to provide training if necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and helping others learn.
- Familiarity with basic training methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
